terms of service

basic1. i have the right to decline any commission.
2. i'm willing to accept up to 3 commissions requests at one time from the same person.
3. clients have to provide nice and neat references or detailed descriptions.
4. by commissioning any type of nsfw art you are agreeing that you are 18 or older.
5. due to my mental and physical health, i'm not able to give a proper turn around time. by commissioning me, you agree to not rush me. if you wish to have your art asap, please, consider adding a rush fee i'm talking about on point 12.
6. the commissioner will get update for every stage of my work: rough sketch, clean sketch and flat colors.
7. if the buyer requests more than 2 changes (that aren't cantered around background) of the finished product of rendered or flat colored piece, a fee of 20% to 50% of the original price will be charged, no matter of the size of the change.
8. any specifics that the client wants are appreciated.
9. if character design is complex the artist may require an additional fee.
10. Additional character will cost 100% of the original price.
11. When requesting artist's original character, the cost will have a 50% discount.
12. Inform the artist if you have a set deadline. A rush fee of 10%-50% of the original price will be added to your order, depending on the amount of weeks and type of commission.

payment1. payment must be upfront. i will not start working on commission unless it's paid.
2. payment via paypal in usd or pln. if you're from poland i can accept bank transfers.
3. commissioner has to tell me when the payment has been sent.
4. commissioner will be given 24 hours to pay after i accept their commission request.
5. failing to pay within 24 hours will automatically cancel the commission request.
6. refunds (80% of the original price) are given only when the work is on the sketch stage. after it refunds are not available.
7. additional characters are 100% of the original price

personal and commercial usage1. the commissioner is allowed to use the artwork in any non-commercial way they want (unless they stated that they need the art for the commercial usage). such as reposting, using it as an avatar/signature/etc or print for personal use.
2. please, do not claim work as yours. credit me if you share commissioned art.
3. clients can use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
4.you are not allowed to modify, copy, trace, etc. commissioned artwork.
5. however, if the client notify the artist beforehand, they ( client ) can color or shade their sketch/flat colored commission.
6. you are not allowed to remove artist watermark without their written permission.
7. if you want to use ordered art for the commercial usage you have to state it before paying.
8. commercial artwork pricing will be different than for the usual artworks. i charge one time commercial fee of +150% of original price.

adopt t.o.s1. you can do whatever you like with them after you buy them.
2. you can trade, offer this character to another user.
3. you can resell this character only if the price you stated is not higher than the price you bought them with.
4. you can change their design as much as you want.
5. you can ask the artist about SMALL changes in outfit or body type for additonal fee (+5$ for every change)
6. credit me for character design.
7. for personal use only, commercial usage prohibited without informing the artist first (commercial fee of 150% of the original price will be added.)additional notes:1. my adopts will always be on feminine side but their gender and/or sex is up to you.

3. if you decide to commission me to draw one of the adopts you purchased from me, the first commission will have a 20% discount.

reference sheet commissions

one reference sheet comes with: 2 nude flat colored full bodies (front and back) and one outfit reference (using front full body as a base) and color palette. it can either have so-called "ken anatomy" - without genitals and nipples or with them. you don't need to pay extra for this.

extra content for reference sheets. you can request each as many times as you want.

character desing commission

price depends on the complexity of the request and the amount of information given to me. the more artistic freedom you want from me, the more it will cost.
if you want me to redesing already existing character, the price might be lower, depending on the amount of things you want me to change.
characters desinged by me have 20% discount on the first regular/reference sheet commission.
after confirming the character desing commission, i'll send you a form to fill before we discuss payment. it will include gender (and genitals if you wish for nude reference with realistic anatomy), potential moodboard/pinterest board/videos you want me to take inspiration from, color palette and aesthetic -core/vibe you want me to follow so please, have these prepared.
